Q: What products do you offer?
A: We offer custom spirit wear, teamwear, and corporate wear for schools, clubs, and businesses. We also offer our own line of clothing and custom hats through our Team Collective Section.
Q: What can I find on this website?
A: Our website streamlines the process of purchasing spiritwear for clubs and schools. However, we also offer bulk team orders, custom apparel, team jerseys, corporate wear, and much more. You can contact our sales staff here with any inquiry you may have.
Q: How do I place an online order?
A: To place an order, locate your school or club on our dropdown menu. From there you can shop, add to cart, and checkout.
Q: What if I don't see my school or club on the dropdown Menu?
A: It is possible that your school or club does not currently shop with us. If you are affiliated with a school or club and would like to open up a store with us, please reach out to our sales staff here.
Q: What if I see my school or club but they are not accepting orders, or there is no 'Add to Cart' button?
A: Lots of schools and clubs will open their store in small purchasing windows. Please reach out to your school or club for info on when they may be reopening their store.
Q: What does the 'Pickup at Club/School' delivery option mean?
A: There are 3 primary delivery options. Ship directly to home, pickup here at Teamworks or pickup at your school/club. If you select to pickup at your school/club, your order will be sent directly to their representative or facility. If you do not see this option at checkout, the store does not have this feature set up.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our standard production time is about 2-4 weeks. This may vary depending on the availability of the item, and the complexity of the customization. Please be aware that when there is a preorder deadline on the store, production begins after the deadline is over.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes Teamworks ships Internationally. All Shipments come from our homebase in London, Ontario Canada
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All of our products are custom-made specifically for you. As a result, all products are final sale. We ask that you carefully review your order to ensure that you will be satisfied with your choices and sizing.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?
A: Once you receive a pickup notification for your order, you have a period of 6 Months to collect it. If the order remains unclaimed beyond this time frame, it would be considered abandoned.
